Mike Lloyd, Founder of United Commercial in Hurstville in 1989, with 45 plus years real estate experience, including a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia and accredited Commercial Property Specialist.
Mike is enthusiastically involved in Commercial, Retail and Industrial Management and Sales, incorporating all areas in Southern Sydney, concentrating on the Sutherland Shire and St George areas.
Michelle Hughes
Director and Licensed Real Estate Agent with 25 years experience in the industry specialising in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Residential Leasing and Sales.
Michelle works closely with Mike Lloyd in leading the team at United Commercial & Residential involving Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Residential Asset Management and Sales, incorporating all areas in Southern Sydney, extensive knowledge of Commercial, Industrial and Retail properties, concentrating on the Sutherland Shire and St George areas.

After commencing her Real Estate Career in 1998 April joined our team in 2011 as our Residential Property Manager, in addition to assisting with Commercial Management.
Forever diligent in her role, April continued her studies, qualifying as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2020.

Caroline joined our team in 2016, becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2020. The experience Caroline obtained over the 20 years managing the family butcher Shop in Maroubra is a true asset for our team.
